Today marks our special Day of Hope, and the PHS Hope Squad encourages everyone to use this time to reach out to those around you and spread kindness and hope. Here are some ways you can participate today and this weekend:
Share Messages of Kindness
Below are some heartfelt messages you can send to friends, classmates, or colleagues:
• "You are an incredible person, and I'm so lucky to know you!"
• "Your kindness and warmth make a difference in so many lives."
• "You are loved, appreciated, and valued more than you know."
• "The world is brighter because you're in it."
• "I believe in you, and I know you're capable of amazing things."
• "Your friendship means the world to me!"
• "Remember, you're not alone, and I'm here for you!"
Chasing Hope This Weekend
Take a walk or run this weekend to "Chase Hope." Snap a selfie during your activity and share it on social media using the hashtag #ApachesWalkForHope.
Thank you to everyone wearing yellow today to show solidarity for our Day of Hope! I'll be around campus taking pictures for our social media platforms, so don't forget to smile!
Let's finish this week with a memorable celebration of hope and kindness in our community.--
